The fee for Building, Electrical and Mechanical Permit Applications is $30.00.
The fee for Zoning Permit Applications is $50.00.
APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT AND SIGNED OR A PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED
*Plan reviews and inspection fees not included, expect additional fees for these items.
New residence and remodeling of 50% or more of an existing residence must have their permits from the Jackson County Health Department before any Building Permits will be issued by the Township. If the construction is within 500 feet of water or wet lands, a soil erosion and sediment control permit must be obtained. To obtain these permits the applications can be found at www.co.jackson.mi.us/hd under environmental health.
