Application FEE for all permits (except Zoning) is $30.00
ZONING APPLICATION FEE $50.00
NO REGISTRATION FEE
INSPECTION FEE’S FOR TRADE PERMITS ARE $70.00 (EFFECTIVE 9/1/23)
SHORT-TERM RENTAL APPLICATION FEE $100.00; THEN ANNUAL RENEW FEE $100.00

NOTE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: you must submit a copy of your current Contractors License, Drivers License and Proof of Insurance with an application
New residence and remodeling of 50% or more of an existing residence must have their permits from the Jackson County Health Department before any Building Permits will be issued by the Township. If the construction is within 500 feet of water or wet lands, a soil erosion and sediment control permit must be obtained.
