 Poverty Exemption Application Form 

We able to accept credit card payments. Point & Pay charges 3% fee for credit cards or $3 flat fee for an electronic check.

We reserve the right to refuse cash payments. If paying with cash, bring exact amount you are paying.
  • As of January 1, 2022, we will no longer be accepting postmarks as due dates for taxes. Taxes must be received in the office as of the due date to avoid late/delinquent charges or penalties.
  • 2023 Property Tax Due Date is February 14, 2024
  • Final day to pay 2023 taxes in the Township office is February 29, 2024
  • Treasurer will be in the office 9 AM – 5 PM on February 29, 2024
  • Unpaid property taxes will be turned over to Jackson County Treasurer March 1, 2024
  • Late and Delinquent Personal Property Taxes (ID #819-xxx) are still payable at Waterloo Township Offices.
